LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland
The Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Community Center of Greater Cleveland works to advance the rights, respect and diversity of the LGBT community. The LGBT Community Center seeks to create a community that celebrates the inherent worth and dignity of every person regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, and inclusive of class, race and ability.We work collaboratively with other LGBT and ally groups to address community needs and issues. The Center sponsors various events and programs for the LGBTQA community.

TransOhio
TransOhio is Ohio’s only statewide Trans led organization. TransOhio serves the Ohio transgender and ally communities by providing services, education, support, and advocacy, which promotes and improves the health, safety and life experience of the Ohio transgender individual and community. If you are interested in volunteering, send an email to transohio@transohio.org. TransOhio looks for passionate individuals to help lobby lawmakers, collect signatures, and help out at several events held throughout the year. No prior experience is required.

Equality Ohio envisions an Ohio where everyone feels at home living in families and communities where equality, diversity, and inclusiveness are universally valued and where government protects all people and responds to their needs, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.GLSEN Northeast Ohio
The Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network works to ensure that LGBT students are able to learn and grow in a K-12 school environment free from bullying and harassment. Contact the northeast Ohio chapter at northeastoh@chapters.glsen.org to serve LGBT youth in our region.

LGBT Pride Clinic at the Thomas F. McCafferty Health Center
MetroHealth’s Pride Clinic at the McCafferty Health Center is the first clinic in the region and one of only 12 health centers in the country devoted to serving the health needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.

Old Lesbians Organizing for Change (OLOC) – Cleveland

PFLAG-Cleveland
Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) is an all-volunteer, non-profit self-help organization founded nationally in 1981. A local chapter began meeting in Akron in 1983, and the Cleveland chapter was founded in 1985. We are an inclusive group composed of family members, friends, and individuals who are straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender.PFLAG Cleveland meets at 6:45 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at Trinity Cathedral, Euclid Avenue and East 22nd Street.

Plexus
Plexus, the area’s LGBT chamber of commerce, works to unite the business community around issues such as domestic partnership benefits and workplace equality, and regularly hosts networking events throughout the Greater Cleveland area.

Cleveland Stonewall Democrats
The Northeast Ohio affiliate of National Stonewall Democrats, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support democratic candidates who are devoted to securing fair and equal treatment for people, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
